These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and g877 ("g877," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the g877 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, content, and functionality made available through the website at g877.ws and any related mobile or browser-based interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or otherwise using any g877 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

g877 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Where a Player is found to have been under the legal age at any point during their use of the Platform, g877 will void all bets and transactions placed during that period and return deposits where reasonably practicable.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the g877 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances held across the accounts in question.

When registering your account, you agree to:

Account Security

g877 reserves the right to close, suspend, or require re-verification of any account that it has reason to believe has been accessed by an unauthorized party, or where account activity appears inconsistent with the registered holder's normal patterns.

g877 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available payment methods are subject to change at g877's discretion.

Deposits

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance instantly or within a few minutes, depending on your payment provider.
• g877 does not accept deposits from credit cards or any instrument that constitutes borrowed funds.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your g877 account. g877 does not issue withdrawals to third parties under any circumstances.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, verification, or any interaction with g877 support.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name or a different identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional terms through systematic wagering patterns, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated play designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine gaming intent.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker or live dealer games.
• Use of Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with g877 games or services.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any Content without prior written consent from g877.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its software.
• Use any g877 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of g877's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

• Interruptions to the Platform caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, network infrastructure failures, or cyber-attacks.

g877's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your g877 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit g877's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

g877 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion or account closure request from the account holder.
• Direction from PAGCOR or a competent legal authority.
• Extended periods of account inactivity (accounts with zero balance inactive for 12 consecutive months may be archived).

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your g877 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining balance in your account (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to successful identity verification. Self-exclusion requests are processed with priority and take effect within 24 hours of submission.

Effect of Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Step 2 — PAGCOR Escalation: If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through internal channels, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, as the relevant regulatory authority overseeing g877's operations.
• Step 3 — Legal Proceedings: If regulatory escalation does not resolve the dispute, either party may initiate legal proceedings. The parties agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such proceedings.

Notwithstanding the above, g877 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to prevent unauthorized use of the Platform or infringement of its intellectual property rights.

g877 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, g877 will provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following channels:

• A prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon your next login.
• An email notification to the address registered on your account.
• An updated "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to arrange account closure and any applicable balance return.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not affect player rights, or updates required to maintain regulatory compliance — may be made without advance notice.
